About Us

Founded in 2017
I founded Schmitt Waterproofing in 2017 to help homeowners with basement leaks, crawl space solutions, foundation repairs, radon testing and mitigation, and yard drainage issues. My goal is to ensure that every customer understands the solution we are providing and understands the underlying problem. I want to leave every customer 100% satisfied with my company.

Experience
Josh has been working in the construction industry since 2010. He started working for a General Contractor and worked his way up to becoming the youngest Superintendent. After working as a Superintendent for several years, Josh began his venture into the Waterproofing industry. With an analytical mind, he created waterproofing solutions that the larger companies simply don’t offer. He started Schmitt Waterproofing to help offer homeowners repair methods to help keep thousands of dollars in their pocket.

Keeping The Water Out
We focus on educating our clients so they understand the issue and how our solution will fix it. We look at your house as a unique structure and determine what will work for each homeowner instead of a copy and paste approach that many of our competitors will try to sell you. Schmitt Waterproofing focuses on solutions that will not only keep your home dry but will keep the water away altogether. We believe that each home is different, and repairs must be custom-tailored for each client’s unique issues.
